There are three ways to register for a Workshop:
1) Use the Calendar above or Upcoming Events listing below to sign up for the Workshop of your choice (click the photo or View Details button). While our website transactions occur through PayPal, you do not need to have a PayPal account and can check out through PayPal as a guest.
2) Call the studio at (856) 354-8700 Wednesday through Sunday to register by credit card
3) Register in advance in person at the studio. Print and fill out our Workshop Registration Form or complete one at the studio. Workshop seats are not reserved without payment.

Please Note: Walk-ins are permitted only if the Workshop is not sold out. Please check open seat availability by calling the studio at (856) 354-8700 before walking in. We are not able to add seats to a sold out workshop. The last thing we want is for you or your child to be disappointed, so we highly recommend pre-registration.

Following an A-Z format, Miss Paola will lead us through cupcake decorating in both English and Spanish in this continuing series of workshops. It’s the perfect opportunity to create edible art and learn something new! One thing we already know is that cupcakes are delicious in any language!

Each 45 minute, hands on workshop includes 2 cupcakes, all decorating materials, use of tools, take home package, disposable apron, and bilingual professional instruction.
On Sunday mornings, registration also includes complimentary coffee and tea for the grown ups and freshly baked small bite treats for everyone!

In this five session skill building series, we’ll explore multiple decorating techniques using fondant and buttercream.
Whether this is an introduction to cake decorating or building upon an already present skill set, your child will create a delicious, decorated dessert every week under the guidance of our pastry chef instructors.


Register for the entire series or for individual classes!

Cost:
$35 per individual class, plus tax
$125 for the whole five week series, plus tax

July 6th Week One : Icing I
In week one, we’ll work on filling, leveling and icing cakes, creating smooth and textured finishes with American Buttercream on a two-layer 6″ cake

July 13th Week Two : Icing II, plus Basic Piping
In week two, we’ll continue build to skills in filling leveling, and smoothing, plus we’ll start basic piping techniques with various borders and finishes on a two-layer, 6″ cake.

July 20th Week Three: Buttercream Flowers
In week three, we’ll begin learning how to pipe buttercream flowers and succulents to decorate a half dozen cupcakes

Week Four: Fondant Flowers
In week four, we’ll hand craft assorted fondant flowers to top a half dozen iced cupcakes

Week Five: Color Blend/Watercolor Icing
In week five, we’ll explore color blend techniques on buttercream and create a swirled galaxy cake with piped and edible gold details

Recommended for ages 8+ for individual decorating.
Participants must be able to sit and decorate independently with the exception of individuals with special needs who require a parent/coach/assistant

Registration includes all decorating materials, use of tools, disposable apron, take home box, and professional instruction.

Parents are not required to stay for the duration of each session. Drop off is permitted, but parents must escort their child into the studio to check in and must re-enter the studio to pick up at the conclusion of the session.

Join us for this hands-on workshop where you’ll mix and create a personal batch of edible cookie dough with your choice of fun and colorful mix-ins and flavor combinations!

This safe-to-eat dough is eggless and made with heat treated flour, but will contain uncooked dairy (milk and butter) and must be kept refrigerated once you get home- if you don’t eat it all in one sitting, that is! We’ll scoop a serving of into a colorful dipped and decorated ice cream cone then you’ll take the rest home in a sealed container.

Gingerbread houses are too much fun to only make around the holidays. We’ve decided to give these a spring twist! In this hands- on decorating workshop, we’ll use buttercream and fondant techniques to build a completely edible cookie cottage fit for a fairy garden!

During Open Studio, you can complete your own DIY project of cakes or cupcakes. Projects may completed individually or shared between 2-4 people.
Reservations are STRONGLY recommended for Open Studio. Walk ins will only be accommodated if space allows.

Each project includes use of ONE set of tools to share ( offset spatula, rolling pin, fondant shaping tools, paintbrush)
Additional Sets of tools may be added to a shared project for a Studio Fee of $5.00 each.

Each Open Studio reservation secures a 90 minute block of time at our worktables for up to 4 people on a single project.
Studio times are NOT interchangeable. You must attend the time you register for. Please arrive on time. Your session time is over at the posted time.
Overtime is available at an additional cost of $10 per half hour and must be paid in advance at check in.

Wednesdays evenings in August
August 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th.

In this five session skill building series, we’ll explore multiple decorating techniques using fondant and buttercream.
Whether this is an introduction to cake decorating or building upon an already present skill set, your child will create a delicious, decorated dessert every week under the guidance of our pastry chef instructors.

Register for the entire series or for individual classes!
Cost:
$35 per individual class, plus tax
$125 for the whole five week series, plus tax

August 1st Week One : Icing I
In week one, we’ll work on filling, leveling and icing cakes, creating smooth and textured finishes with American Buttercream on a two-layer 6″ cake

August 8th Week Two : Icing II, plus Basic Piping
In week two, we’ll continue building skills in filling leveling, and smoothing, plus we’ll start basic piping techniques with various borders and finishes on a two-layer, 6″ cake. (We do not recommend taking this date as a single class, as it will build on subject matter covered in Week One)

August 15th Week Three: Buttercream Flowers
In week three, we’ll begin learning how to pipe buttercream flowers and succulents to decorate a half dozen cupcakes

August 22nd Week Four: Fondant Flowers
In week four, we’ll hand craft assorted fondant flowers to top a half dozen iced cupcakes

August 29th Week Five: Color Blend/Watercolor Icing
In week five, we’ll explore color blend techniques on buttercream and create a swirled galaxy cake with piped and edible gold details

Recommended for ages 8+ for individual decorating. Participants must be able to sit and decorate independently with the exception of individuals with special needs who require a parent/coach/assistant

Registration includes all decorating materials, use of tools, disposable apron, take home box, and professional instruction.

Parents are not required to stay for the duration of each session. Drop off is permitted, but parents must escort their child into the studio to check in and must re-enter the studio to pick up at the conclusion of the session.

Join us for this hands-on workshop where you’ll mix and create a personal batch of edible cookie dough with your choice of fun and colorful mix-ins and flavor combinations!

This safe-to-eat dough is eggless and made with heat treated flour, but will contain uncooked dairy (milk and butter) and must be kept refrigerated once you get home- if you don’t eat it all in one sitting, that is! We’ll scoop a serving of into a colorful dipped and decorated ice cream cone then you’ll take the rest home in a sealed container.

Workshop includes all food materials, use of tools, disposable apron, take home container and professional instruction.

Recommended for ages 8+ for independent projects, as dough will be mixed by hand.
